On November 16, 2025, 38 AWS members and guests enjoyed a "Holiday Wine Pairing" with Nate Mosser from Winestore Raleigh. Nate presented a variety of 6 wines: a Brut Rosé, a Bordeaux Blanc, two wines from Tatiana Guillot: a Chardonnay and a Gamay, a Napa Valley Cab, and a French Marselan. We provided a spread of cheeses, sliced turkey, ham, and roast beef, plus cookies/chocolate desserts to match each of the wines. We had quite a successful "Taste of Italy" wine basket raffle! Thanks to so many of you for donating towards the AWS Educational Foundation. We collected $370 towards a future scholarship—and winner Sharon Gregory is now well-prepared for a great Italian feast!
